This information - and activity - packed day will provide education and guidance on how to make the right nutrition and lifestyle choices to optimise your physical health and mental wellbeing, leading to healthier ageing.


It will outline how your mindset can shape your health, as well as introduce you to some ideas on how to exercise in the way that is most effective for you, depending on your individual needs. 


It will look at support for age-related hormonal changes and  will introduce you to some key predictive biomarkers for health and disease - to evaluate functional age and identify opportunities for reducing your risk of the health problems that you are most concerned may affect you in the future.

Practical sessions will include yoga, pilates and meditation practice. The day will introduce you to the way that a truly integrative and personalised healthcare approach can be so powerful in optimising health at any age and stage of life. This approach is a departure from conventional medicine (‘pop a pill for an ill’) in that it strives to identify and address the root causes of an individual's ill health, rather than suppressing and managing the symptoms. This type of personalised, predictive health approach is believed by many to be the future of medicine and we want to give you the opportunity to experience it right now.


The sessions will be delivered by a multi-disciplinary team, comprising a consultant physician, nutritional experts, a clinical psychologist, a physiotherapist and yoga and pilates expert trainers – all incredibly passionate about restoring health and wellbeing.

This exciting educational and networking festival event is designed for you, if you are keen to support and optimise your health and re-balance your life by learning simple, yet powerful, approaches - whether or not you have worrying un-diagnosed symptoms, a well-established illness or are feeling healthy but want to remain at your best as you go through the next stages of your life.


  • Throughout the day green smoothies /nutritional drinks and a nutrient-dense, colour-rich vegan, 'paleo' and vegetarian buffet lunch will be provided. You will have an opportunity to have a health check, consisting of body mass index, waist-to-hip ratio, blood pressure, eye testing and body fat measurements.

  • A fantastic range of exhibitors will be showcasing their unique products and health supplements. You will have time to network and purchase any items that interest you on the day.

  • The dress code is casual, and for those attending classes, we recommend you arrive with your gym attire. You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat.

  • The exciting day event will take place on the world famous Abbey Road, literally a stone-throw away from where the Beatles recorded all their music - EMI Recording Studios.

  • The conference is limited to a set number of attendees and is expected to sell out quickly, on first-come-first-served basis. We  therefore recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
